8m x 3.5m canopy room – relaxing area
Inspiration
This 8m x 3.5m garden room is lying in the heart of Denton, Manchester. Our client Natalie had a tired and overgrown garden in need of a full renovation, and an old garage that was leaking and had poor security.
Our team got to work ripping out all the fencing and bushes surrounding the property, dug out the area to a level surface and took down the old concrete garage. We then re-established the perimeter with new 6ft fencing and got to work on the new garden room.
The finished result
The garden room was to be split into two rooms, one is a relaxing play area and movie room and the second is a utility room used for laundry and storage, finally freeing the house of dirty laundry.
We installed a black Indian stone patio area and artificial grass to create a low maintenance garden for the whole family to make memories for many years to come.
