8m x 4m Living Annexe

This 8m x 4m annexe is built in Wythenshawe for our client Christi. This annexe is split into 4 rooms, including a gym, a lounge area, a study room and a full bathroom with a shower.

We have also created an outdoor relaxing area using our composite decking in a charcoal finish. The team made great use of a pergola that was originally occupying this space and built it into the relaxation area.

This project took the team 5 weeks to complete from start to finish and we are especially proud of this project.

Fully insulated, this new living space has brought very welcomed space to be utilised all year round by the whole family.
